Normally we use our own forwarder for shipment, because it's highly efficient. But customer designated forwarder is also welcomed.

How To Process The Sample:

When you confirm a sample, we can prepare a rough design for your confirmation.
We will need artwork to process the logo design.
You can send logo artwork via E-mail / Skype / Whats App.
We can use cdr / ai / psd / pdf / jpeg / png form to make logo design.
We will send embroidery test picture for approval in advance.

Sample Policy:

All samples will be processed after sample cost received.
After sample cost receiving, the sample will be made / improved till your satisfaction.
Sample of which in stock is free, buyer pay for the freight cost.
Customized samples will be charged accordingly, and returned once got regular order.
If the sample with printing, it will take 5-10 days to process the printing mold and mixing color.
If the sample with weave patch logo, it will take 3-5 days to process the weave patch logo.
We will charge $50.00/design as mold fee for woven patch pattern, $135.00/design for leather patch or printed logo, all refundable if your coming order is no less than 1000 pcs.

Answer: Yes, you can if you buy our caps in stock. Our MOQ for caps in stock is 50pcs. But MOQ for customized design will be 100 pcs/model/color.

Answer: We normally do 30% deposit, balance before delivery.

Question 3: What is your delivery time for mass production?
Answer: Normally 15-25 days, we always try our best to meet customer's required lead time.

Answer: Hard paper support plate is used in each cap to keep the good shape. In addition, we use good quality carton to pack our products. Normally 100 pcs/carton. Of course, we can pack the caps as your request.
